Sarah is the director of The Dallas Movement Collective, an organization that cultivates creative containers for the embodied exploration of the mind, body, and heart. She is also the co-founder of The Mind Body Ecology Institute, a non-profit providing experiential programming in earth-care and sustainability. As a teacher and practitioner of The 360 Emergence, she guides embodiment journeys where physical movement meets spirit-driven ritual.
Sarah is certified as a Hatha yoga teacher, SEL (Social-Emotional Learning) and MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) through the UC San Diego Medical School, as well as restorative circle practices.
After beginning her educator journey as a theatre teacher, she later became an SEL (Social-Emotional Learning) program coordinator for K-12 students. She now consults for public school systems implementing emotional intelligence curriculum nation-wide. In all elements of her work, she supports the remembrance of the individual’s wholeness, the community’s memory of interdependence, and the collective potential for flourishing.
